Planning a wedding can be fun, but also frustrating and overwhelming. Bridal shows can be both a blessing and a curse for a bride-to-be.

     The South Florida Wedding Show is designed for you to connect with quality wedding professionals in a relaxed atmosphere - taking stress out of your planning. Unlike larger, commercialized Bridal Shows, ours only features exhibitors from sunny South Florida. The more intimate size of the event will allow you to talk one on one with each of the exhibitors to get a better idea if they are someone you would like to work with on your special day.
Whether you’re planning a small intimate wedding or a large lavish affair, you’ll find wedding fashions, products and services to fit every taste and budget.

To make the best use of your time at the Wedding Show we offer you the following tips to help you make the most of the day:

• While you are at the show, collect any information you are interested in, and take it home to look over again when you have some quiet time.
• Be a bag lady! You will be given a gift bag at registration. A pen and a paper pad will be enclosed in your gift bag. Use it!
• If you are out of town, send your mother or friend to register for prizes and collect information on services you need.
• Bring a friend, your mom or your fiancée to share all the wonderful details that will be offered. They can help you to remember your favorites when you get home.
• A show can last several hours, so dress comfortably, but according to the Dress Code. See below!

Men: Slacks. Shirts must be tucked in, unless Shirt has Banded Bottom. Jackets are preferred but not required. Dress tee shirts may be worn with jackets. No shorts, hats, sneakers, flip-flops, jeans, tank tops, tee shirts or shirts with golf, country club or product logos. Polo Shirts accepted.

Women: Smart country club attire. Polo Shirts accepted. No shorts, jeans, jean outfits, warm up suits, golf shirts, tank tops, Hawaiian shirts or sneakers.

• There may be a few food samples, but eat a meal before you go to maintain stamina. There will be two functional bars where talented bartenders will be serving your favorite cocktails, so bring cash with you! Credit Cards will not be accepted.
• Make sure your badge (received at registration) is in plain sight while browsing the vendor booths.
• You will receive a list of exhibitors when you arrive at the show. Keep it in hand for reference and recording notes on the vendors as you make your way through the show. Write down notes! This helps too as far the vendors keeping their sales pitch to the specifics.
• You will also receive a map showing the location of each vendor, in order for you not to miss any of those who are showcasing. Leave plenty of time to view them all.
• Keep in mind, the floral arrangements you see during this time of year may be more or less expensive when it comes to availability for a different time of the year. So ask questions!
• If you locate a vendor whose services you wish to secure, check the vendor's availability and schedule an appointment. Take advantage of show specials, discounts and sales. So, bring your check book!
• Don’t get discouraged! If you don’t see or hear something that gives you an idea or suits your taste, ask a professional in that area of expertise. They have plenty of photos of prior work in which you may just find what you are in search of.
• Stay until the end! The final event of the evening is the Raffle where useful gifts will be given away. The raffle ticket will be stapled to the bag you will receive at registration. Claim your gifts immediately as unclaimed gifts will be re-drawn.
• Come with an open mind! There will be so many new ideas that every couple can add to their plans to truly make it a unique event. Some of the best event professionals will participate in the show. They are all on the cutting edge of the latest and greatest.
• Most important, relax and have fun. This is going to be a wonderful and elegant event and we are excited to have you attend!
